1. How can I place an order?
Placing an order is simple. Browse your favorite toys, click “Add to Cart,” and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details and choose your preferred payment method to complete your order.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently offer:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) all across Pakistan
- Bank Transfer (if applicable)
- Online payment options (if enabled on checkout)
3. Will I receive order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS with your order details.

4. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, ToyEra delivers nationwide across Pakistan.
5. How long does delivery take?
- Major cities: 2–4 working days
- Other areas: 3–6 working days
- Delivery times may vary during sales or peak seasons.
6. How much is the shipping charge?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We may also offer free shipping on selected promotions or minimum order values.
7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email so you can monitor your shipment.

8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 3–7 days (customize according to your policy) of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused
- It is in original packaging
- All accessories are included
9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
10. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. Items that are opened, used, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
