At Toy Era, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The product is in original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, manuals, and parts are included
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse
  • Returns requested after the specified period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used toys
  • Items damaged due to improper handling
  • Products without original packaging
  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear pictures or videos of the product and packaging
  • Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved
  • Failure to report within 48 hours may result in rejection of the claim.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refund Methods:

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash (as agreed)
  2. Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged items
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), Toy Era will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • Provide your Order Number
  • Share images (if applicable)
